NGC certification Grade Ch AU Strike: 5/5 Surface: 3/5 - scuffs.!#!This coin is the work of an artist termed, after Rizzo, the "maestro della foglia" ("Master of the Leaf"), because of his use of leaves as a form of signature. He was an exceptionally talented and skilled master-engraver.

Very rare and in exceptional condition for the issue, undoubtedly among the finest specimens known. A very interesting coin. Bold strike, green-brown patina with patches of red, some deposits, otherwise good VF.
