Denarius. 40 BC, Military moving with Octavian. 3.88 g. 18.60 mm. 11h
Obv. Bare head right, with slight beard; C•CAESAR•III•VIR•R•P•C around.
Rev. Winged thunderbolt; Q•SALVIVS•IMP•COS•DESIG around.

A lovely example with a nice portrait of the young Ocatvian. A minor control mark on obverse and a minor graffito on reverse, otherwise almost extremely fine.
